Hi, I’m the creator and founder of Life Foreal & Co.

I grew up in the small city of St. Louis, Missouri, and I’ve never stopped writing. What started as a way to express myself eventually became something I could turn to whenever life felt overwhelming or I needed to find my focus again. As I got older, navigating life, chasing my dreams, and trying to stay grounded became more challenging, but writing always had a way of bringing me back to myself.

Life Foreal was born from that journey. Every product I create and design carries a story, an inspiration, or a piece of my own experiences. Whether it’s a journal, an accessory, or something designed to encourage intentional living, I want each piece to mean something beyond what it is.

I’ve found so much beauty in the process of growing, learning, rediscovering myself, and becoming the woman I aspire to be. Through Life Foreal, I hope to share that beauty with others and create products that remind people to slow down, reflect, pursue their purpose, and embrace their own journeys.

To me, Life Foreal is more than a brand. It’s a reflection of the life I’m learning to live and the community I hope to build along the way. Everything is created with intention, and every story has a place here.
